Ms Renu  Kumari (Departed child) Case No. 1190 was associated with VEDIC Society(ChildFund India Project) in 2006 Target village Dulsulma. There were 07 members in her family. Father Mr. Nanhu Prajapati was a daily wage labour and mother, Mrs Purni Devi is house wife. Her father work hard to fulfil the family requirements but somehow he failed. When Renu Kumari was enrolled and got sponsored. Her life changed in many ways.

She was very generous and active participant in the program. She got help and support through DFC and program’s. She was very hard working girl. She continued her studies as her Sponsor helped & supported her by DFC (Amount every month). She started her tuition’s with that money and also a big support to her family. Her father also supported her in studies.

She has now completed her 12th grade and doing a job in JSLPS(Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society). Her post in JSPLS is RBK(Resource Book Keeper) and she is earning monthly Rs.10-22,000.

She is now very happy and supporting to her family.  Rennu kumari got married in Aril 2018 in Balumath (Latehar District). Her husband is a small business man. He supported Renu to continue her work in JSLPS. Now she is a independent lady and also a good wife.

Introduction:

A boy,19 years old named Yogender Singh (Departed child), son of Mr. Lotan Singh. They have a large family, He lives with his parents and with his two brothers and two sisters. He resides in a place which is under Palamu district, Jharkhand. Economically this village graph is very poor, child fund India started working in this area and Presently Yogender engaged in tailoring and support his family, his father is a cultivator by occupation and some time he also doing some alternative jobs, his father has been work hard to doing his best to fulfill the requirements of his families but he failed to fulfill their basic needs and requirements.

Situation:

Agriculture is the main occupation of this village. Education, road, Water, electricity are the main concern of this village,In this village boys do not complete their education and dropout is the little bit higher in this case so, they migrate for income generating sources in other states. This issue was common but after several programs organized by Child Fund India through its local partner Vedic Society, that results to address these issue. Before intervention of Vedic Society Yogender had been dropout from his study in 12th standard for fulfill their families needs. His family condition was very poor. He got to know that an organization doing survey of deprived, excluded and vulnerable child in their village. The survey was conducted through Vedic Society, local partner of Child Fund India. During this period many children got trained by Child Fund India project, yogender was one of them, the team learnt about their families weak financial status and they have a large family and only yogender’s fathers earns. so he did not fulfill his families basic needs properly.

Response & Outcome:

Yogender, enrolled and got sponsored. he has taken training by sponsorship and earn something and provide money to his family, at present he is now in Bangalore and works in tailoring works and worth Rs. 12000/- per month His life been changed in many ways. Through Child Fund India project he got help and support through this job sponsorship. He was very hardworking and sincere to his job. This supports also bring changes in his family. Now he is very happy with his job and supporting to his families basic needs. He also wants that his brother and sisters complete their education and qualify for a job.

In a village of Marang Loiya Panchayat named Jilanga, Situated 12 km far from Block office, is a completely backword village there is no health and other fundamental  facilities are available in the village, a School named Upgraded Middle School Jilanga, where SMC formed but not functional, the committee didn’t seat regularly, even the members of the committee didn’t know whether they are members of the committee or not, after the intervention of VEDIC Society (Supported  by UNICEF) the committee got the essential trainings at cluster level,  in this training SMC members  along with presidents  participated and got information about RTE 2009 and the roles and responsibilities of the committee, the training played an important roles among all the participants, in this way a person named  Md. Anul haq was the president of UMS jilanga’s SMC, he didn’t use to visit school regularly and was not able to look after the situation of the school including MDM, Education, attendance and other elementary monitoring at their level, but after the training he started visiting school regularly, and took a great initiative to make functional Toilets, Library and insuring monthly meetings, proper and qualitative MDM, regularise the attendance of teachers and Students, where a total of 308 children enrolled and now 255 students come regularly in the school, previously (Before Intervention) there were all together 150 to 155 students used to come at school, now all the SMC members are awared and took initiative to insure quality education at their school.

बाल विवाह समाज के लिए एक कलंक : प्रमुख

हेरहंज : प्रखंड सभागार में बाल विवाह उन्मूलन को लेकर वेदिक सोसाइटी, यूनिसेफ झारखंड एवं प्रखंड प्रशासन के संयुक्त रूप में कंसल्टेशन बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता प्रखंड प्रमुख कौशिल्या देवी ने की। मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि बाल विवाह समाज के लिए एक कलंक है और बच्चों पर एक जुल्म है। इसे समाप्त करना है और हम सभी का मानवीय कर्तव्य बनता है कि लोगों के बीच जागरूकता लायें और बाल विवाह रोकें। जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी रीना कुमारी ने बाल संरक्षण के संरचना पर चर्चा करते हुई कहा कि बाल शोषण को रोकने के लिए प्रत्येक जिले में बाल कल्याण समिति का गठन किया गया है और प्रत्येक थाना में बाल कल्याण पुलिस पदाधिकारी नियुक्त किया गया है और अभी झारखंड सरकार की ओर से जरुरत मंद बच्चों को स्पेंशरशिप के तहत दो हजार दिया जाएगा। बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए उमेश कुमार ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा चलायी जा रही योजनाओं व कानूनों को जमीनी स्तर पर लागू कराना है साथ ही नए तरीके भी के माध्यम से जागरूकता फैलानी है। ट्रे¨नग ऑफिसर विकास कुमार ने पावर पॉइंट प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से बाल विवाह से होने वाले दुष्परिणामों को साझा किया और बताया कि लातेहार जिला और झारखंड राज्य में बाल विवाह को औसत दर 37 के लगभग है। इस मौके पर वेदिक सोसायटी के योगेन्द्र ¨सह, उमेश प्रजापति एवं अजय प्रताप देव शामिल थे।

विद्यालय के बच्चों को मिले गुणवत्ता पूर्ण शिक्षा: राजधानी

लातेहार : वेदिक सोसाइटी एवं यूनिसेफ के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में शिक्षा विभाग के सहयोग से मध्य विद्यालय चंदनडीह परिसर में प्रखंड स्तरीय इंटरफेस बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में बीससूत्री उपाध्यक्ष राजधानी प्रसाद यादव ने कहा कि विद्यालय में सरकार के द्वारा सभी प्रकार की सुविधाएं दी गई है। इसके बावजूद विद्यालय में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा नहीं मिल पा रही है। विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति का यह दायित्व है कि प्रत्येक माह स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति की बैठक करें और जो भी समस्याएं सामने आए उसे आपस में बैठकर समाधान करें। वैसी समस्या जो आपस में बैठकर समाधान होने लायक ना हो उसे संबंधित अधिकारी के पास भेजें। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में वेदिक सोसायटी द्वारा किया जा रहा यह कार्य काफी सराहनीय है और इस प्रकार के काम जिले में पहली बार कोई संस्था कर रही है। कार्यक्रम में लातेहार जिला परिषद के सदस्य विनोद उरांव ने कहा कि विद्यालय से संबंधित छोटी -छोटी जरूरतो को पंचायत स्तर पर भी मुखिया द्वारा पूरा किया जा सकता है। वही बड़ी योजनाओं के लिए जिले के अधिकारी मिलकर उसे पूरा कराने का प्रयास करेंगे। लातेहार प्रखंड प्रमुख अशोक ¨सह और पोचरा पंचायत के पूर्व मुखिया रामेश्वर ¨सह ने भी लोगों को अपने स्तर से समस्या का समाधान करने का आश्वासन दिया। कार्यक्रम में लोगों का स्वागत वैदिक सोसाइटी के सचिव चंद्रशेखर प्रसाद ¨सह ने किया।मंच का संचालन प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर विनय कुमार विश्वास ने किया। कार्यक्रम में लातेहार प्रखंड के विभिन्न स्कूलों से आये विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्यों ने विद्यालय से संबंधित समस्याओं को रखा ।कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से वेदिक सोसायटी के विकास कुमार प्रखंड कोऑर्डिनेटर कुमार अभय, योगेश्वर प्रसाद ,अखिलेश कुमार सिन्हा, पटू रजक, रूपेश कुमार संजय मिश्रा उपस्थित थे।

बाल विवाह करने वाले अभिभावक होंगे सरकारी योजना से वंचित : उपायुक्त

लातेहार : समाहरणालय सभागार में सोमवार को यूनिसेफ झारखंड, जिला प्रशासन एवं वेदिक सोसाइटी के संयुक्त सहयोग से बाल विवाह उन्मुलन एवं कार्य योजना बनाने को लेकर जिलास्तरीय एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। कार्यशाला में उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने कहा कि बाल विवाह कानूनन अपराध है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाल विवाह एक ऐसा अभिशाप है जो बच्चों का जीवन बर्बाद कर देता है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिले में एक भी बाल विवाह नहीं हो इसके लिए जिले के सभी लोगों को अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभानी होगी। उन्होंने बाल विवाह को रोकने के लिए ग्रामीणों में जागरूकता लाकर बाल विवाह के प्रति सोच बदलने होंगे। कार्यशाला में वेदिक सोसाइटी के सचिव चंद्रशेखर ¨सह एवं बाल सुरक्षा विशेषज्ञ विनय कुमार विश्वास के द्वारा बाल विवाह उन्मूलन को लेकर कई महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी दी गई। इस दौरान उन्होंने बाल विवाह उन्मूलन करने को लेकर विभागवार पदाधिकारियों को उनके जिम्मेदारियों से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने बताया कि बाल विवाह में लातेहार जिला पूरे राज्य में 13 वें स्थान पर है, जबकि जिले में बाल विवाह का प्रतिशत 37 है। मौके पर डीआरडीए निदेशक संजय भगत, डीएसपी कैलाश करमाली, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी रमेश चौबे, सीडडब्बलूसी अध्यक्ष डॉ. मुरारी झा, डीसीपीओ रीना कुमारी, रमेश कुमार मिस्त्री, मो. साहिल अख्तर, पेयजल कार्यपालक अभियंता रंजीत कुमार ठाकुर, उमेश कुमार, विकास कुमार,सुमंत कुमार,अजय प्रताप देव , कुमार अभय समेत अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद थे।https://m.jagran.com/jharkhand/latehar-child-marriage-guard-will-be-deprived-of-government-scheme-18896394.html

बाल विवाह करने वाले होंगे सरकारी योजना से वंचित : बाल विवाह को लेकर आयोजित कार्यशाला में उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने कहा कि अधिकारी सबसे पहले यह सुनिश्चित करें कि जिले में बाल विवाह नहीं हो। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर जो भी अभिभावक बाल विवाह करता है उनके राशन कार्ड खत्म करें एवं अन्य सुविधाओं से भी वंचित कर दें।

वार्ड सदस्य एवं आंगनबाड़ी सेविका को सौंपने होंगे बाल विवाह नहीं होने के प्रमाण : उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने बाल विवाह उन्मूलन को लेकर निर्देश दिए कि प्रत्येक वार्ड सदस्य एवं आंगनबाड़ी सेविका को यह प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा कि उसके क्षेत्र में एक भी बाल विवाह नहीं हुआ है। अगर ऐसा होगा तो वार्ड सदस्य एवं आंगनबाड़ी सेविका पर जबावदेही तय की जाएगी। —-पंचायत स्तर पर हो विवाह का आयोजन : बाल विवाह उन्मूलन को लेकर उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने अधिकारियों को पंचायत स्तर पर जोड़ों का विवाह करवाने की योजना बनायी। उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार ने सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों एवं पदाधिकारियों को इस कार्य योजना को सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर जिम्मेवारी सौंपी। उन्होंने कहा कि जब सरकारी सहयोग से पंचायतस्तर पर विवाह होने आंरभ हो जाएंगे तो बाल विवाह में कमी आएगी।

बाल विवाह उन्मूलन की बनी कार्य योजना,कोर कमेटी का होगा गठन: जिला प्रशासन एवं वेदिक सोसाइटी के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में बाल विवाह उन्नमुलन को लेकर उपायुक्त राजीव कुमार की अध्यक्षता में बाल विवाह उन्नमुलन को लेकर कार्य योजना तैयार किया गया एवं बाल विवाह को रोकने एवं इसके सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर कोर कमेटी गठित करने का निर्देश दिए गए।
